About Me

Hello, my name is Andrea Rubik. I'm a strategic marketing leader with two decades of experience in advertising, marketing, and communications, having worked with leading companies such as Grey and Telenor, and with SaaS platforms such as ShareDocView and Wix. Passionate about driving growth and impact, I bring a unique approach that blends data-driven growth marketing with change management (Ph.D.) to craft marketing and communication initiatives and achieve targeted results.

As a tech enthusiast with an entrepreneurial mindset, I took a leap in co-founding iPyro and Odit. Moreover, my curiosity and research led me to build Resyfy, an AI tool designed to manage career achievements and assets, helping users seize opportunities for longer, multistage careers.

Beyond my professional roles, I have contributed as a Board Member of the Association of Communications Agencies and now serve as President of Women in Digital Switzerland. My achievements include advertising industry awards and the Women in Marketing Global Award for outstanding consultancy in marketing.

I believe marketing is an innovation-driving engine that builds strategic and organizational resilience for sustainable growth in a fast-changing world.
